Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)

  • Eligibility: Candidates who want to secure admission to City College must have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects and They must have secured at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in these subjects.

  • Entrance Exams: Admission to College is primarily based on scores obtained in the Karnataka CET (Common Entrance Test), COMEDK UGET (Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test), or JEE Main.

Application Process:

  • Candidates must register for the relevant entrance exams and attend them.

  • After the results are declared, candidates need to participate in the counseling process conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) or COMEDK.

  • During the counseling process, candidates are required to select The BNMIT College of Engineering and choose their desired specialization, considering their rank and the availability of seats.

Master of Technology (M.Tech)

  • Eligibility: Students who want to secure admission must have completed their B.E. or B.Tech degree with at least 50% of pass marks.

  • Entrance Exam: City Engineering College Admissions is based on scores obtained in the PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) conducted by KEA or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

Application Process:

  • Candidates must register for and take one of the management entrance exams.

  • Based on the scores, candidates must participate in the counseling process and select The City College for their MBA program.
