• Interns also perform more routine procedures in clinics by suturing wounds, injections, and assisting with small surgical procedures.

• Such practice in clinical skills is imperative in making them self-assured and proficient with what is expected of them once they begin practicing medicine.

• The nurse training also takes place right side-by-side with allied professionals like psychologists, and pharmacologists while right side by side with any kind of a medical trainee; then it becomes, like somehow, an ambiance, a sort of atmosphere whereby they would incorporate their theories into the form and treatment pattern based on a cooperative pattern.

• There, as part and parcel of communication in personal interrelation to build this awareness on multiple role members of the team about involvement in the very procedure itself.
