2.General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
Course Duration: 3 years
Eligibility: Applicants must have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) with English as a subject, achieving at least 40% overall and 40% in English specifically, from a recognized board. Those with 10+2 qualifications from a State Open School (recognized by the State Government) or the National Institute of Open School (NIOS, recognized by the Central Government) are also eligible.

3. Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing
Course Duration: 2 years
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a B.Sc. degree in a relevant science subject from a recognized university (admission criteria, including entrance exams, vary). They must also be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwives (or equivalent) with any State Nursing Registration Council and have completed a B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc.

Eligibility: Applicants must have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) recognized by the university; those completing 10+1 before 1986 are also eligible. Candidates must hold a General Nursing and Midwifery certificate and be registered as R.N.R.M. with their State Nurses Registration Council. Male nurses trained before the integrated course, registered with the Council, must provide proof of equivalent Indian Nursing Council-approved training in place of midwifery.
