Undergraduate Admission:

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

• A minimum of 50% marks is required for most undergraduate programs, though some courses may have specific subject requirements (e.g., Science courses may require Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 12th).

Application Process:

• Online Application: Candidates can apply through the official RCU website by filling out the application form and uploading the necessary documents (mark sheets, certificates, etc.).

• Merit List: The university releases a merit list based on the 12th-grade marks. Shortlisted candidates are notified for further counseling and document verification.

• Counseling and Seat Allotment: Eligible candidates are called for counseling, where they are allotted seats based on their preferences and merit rank.

Postgraduate Admission:

Eligibility:

• A bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks is required.

• Certain programs, like the M.Sc., may have specific eligibility criteria based on undergraduate specialization.

Entrance Exam:

• Some postgraduate programs require an entrance exam, conducted by RCU.

• The entrance exam consists of objective-type questions relevant to the field of study.

Admission Process:

• Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks.

• A valid score in the Ph.D. entrance examination is required, followed by an interview with the selection committee.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on entrance exam scores, research proposal, and interview performance.
